I have always worked out and kept fit throughout my life so far, drifting in and out of three month fitness spells and then lighter breaks for some years now. And I used to believe that "the perfect body" however you define it should be achieved without cheating, that I defined by taking suppliments. When I went to university however I began to study the body more closely through my course and a number of things came up in lectures that led me to research the various suppliment on the market. After just 3 day i see increased size on my arms, after a week i was lifting alot more than i ever could. Clearly this one works for me and if it works for me it should work for anyone. I find it very .. Read the complete review

MY HUSBAND USED TO TAKE THIS WHEN HE WAS WEIGHT TRAINING AS DO MOST BODY BUILDERS. IT HELPS YOU LOSE WEIGHT BE MAKING YOU SWEAT MORE, DOES NOT SOUND VERY NICE BUT AS LONG AS LONG AS YOU LOSE WEIGHT WHO CARES. ITS A DRINK THAT YOU HAVE HALF AN HOUR BEFORE EXERCISING, YOU CAN BUY IT ALL OVER eg ARGOS AND ALL THE BODY BUILDERS I KNOW SWEAR BY IT, IT DOES NOT TASTE TOO BAD EITHER. SO HERES TO GOOD WEIGHT LOSS WITH NOT MUCH EFFORT. ... Read the complete review
