Advantages: Easy to apply, works brilliant as either protection or cure.

Disadvantages: Maybe could do bigger tubes.

I do lots of running and walking, and I have had problems in the past with chafing. I find this product excellent. I first used it as a way to help when I had chafing and it worked surprisingly quickly. Obviously prevention is better than cure so I now use it all the time before distance running or long walks. It is easy to apply and is less messy than some other things I have used, (namely talcum powder) and lasts a lot longer than petroleum jelly. The barrier it leaves on your hands can at first feel a little strange, although it does not cause any problems and it does not have too strong an odour. Iit can also be easily washed off with soap. It is hard to say how long a tube will last, as that depends on how liberally you put it on, and how regular you use it. You don't need to put much on the affected/intended area to protect and as I say I do use it quite often, the tube certainly lasted longer than I thought it would. Some people may think it is priced high for the tube sizing, but if you have ever suffered from chafing then it is a small price to pay in reality.

Summary: Overrall an excellent product that has far more plus points than minus ones.
