Listerine Mouthwash in general ... recently I had not used Listerine Mouthwash in a long time and I now remember why! It is a very harsh mouthwash and the product I used, the original mint flavour, actually stung my mouth and made my eyes water. I do not need to be made to feel this uncomfortable and this afraid of using a mouthwash just to feel as though it has done something productive! I am quite happy to use something inoffensive like Flourigard so long as it has been clinically proven to have effective results. As well as being so strong it stung my mouth, this product is also high in alcohol making it unsuitable for many people to use including children, pregnant women who wish to completel... Listerine Mouthwash in general ... started using mouthwash after my dentist suggested it as it is much more effective than brushing alone. I have used several mouthwashs by Listerine and found them all to be effective. For the purposes of this review I am going to discuss Listerine Antibacterial Mouthwash stay white. I purchased two 500ml bottles from Tesco on special offer at 5 pounds for the two and I would say that one mouthwash lasts about 3 weeks if using twice a day. The mouthwash is proven to reduce tartar build up and reduce 56% more plaque than just brushing. It also prevents stains meaning that teeth are whiter and cleaner. Listerine Mouthwash in general ... is possibly the most effective mouth wash on the market. In my opinion, it IS the best mouth wash on the market as it seems to do an excellent job for me and leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean. It comes in a variety of flavours but they all leave your mouth feeling cool, fresh and clean. My favourite has to be the cool mint flavour. They come in small bottles or larger ones, which are most common. They have a label round the with the Listerine logo in black bold letters and it really stands out on the shelf.
