Now Slim Hunger Strips: Being on a diet and not having enough to do don't go together well; I get bored and then the temptation to snack is increased, so when I saw these little strips I thought I would give them a go. The strips look for all the world like little plastic strips, (they are in fact mad of cellulose, which is, I think, a kind of sugar from plant cells). They are pale green and almost see-through with little brown specks. They are supposed to suppress the appetite and stop you snacking between meals.
