P90X is a 90 day home fitness workout/life altering DVD, book and nutritional guide. P90X has changed my life for the better and I have found a new vigour and lease on life. Before I started this incredible and highly motivating workout I lived a very sedentary life style and found that my chair was becoming moulded to the shape of my rather large rear end! I first heard about P90X in that Jason mraz song about being lazy (of all places), and then thought to look it up and see what the fuss was all about.
