Ok, so this stuff contains the growth hormone releasing acids glutamine, arginine etc. This is all stuff you can buy seperate and with a higher potency which would probabily last you longer than buying this product.

Anyway if you are going to buy it take it after exercise or just before you are about to sleep as these are the times your natural growth hormones will be secreted and so this product will be most effective.

I don't believe this product to have side affects if you are not on any doctor prescribed medication
