I have to be completely honest here, all of the reviews say that there have been no advantages but I can't help but think that many people either haven't been taking them right or haven't been pairing it with exercise. I have come to find that Fat Metabolisers actually are very helpful, most pills and the such only work for people who are overweight but I was 56kg-126lb-9stone on May 15th when I started using them, and a few others, and at 5ft2 it's slightly on the bigger side, but not so much. With the help of the pills I've lost a stone between then and now (June 14th). I think, if used properly, they can definitely help. If you keep a positive outlook and actually stick to whatever diet plan you've set yourself then you will find that these pills really can help you to shed those extra pounds.
Not only that, but they did give a little bit of restlessness with use, but it is actually a good thing, giving more energy for exercise!
Though, don't only take my advice for it, be sure to try it out yourself, seeing as they aren't particularly expensive, it's worth a shot.
