About a year i had a ploblem with my weight,I decided to go to the health shop and i pick up tablets to which had said on the packet, you would lose weight in 6 month.
So i decided to try,as the weeks passed,i was suffering side effects, which i had been sick 2 times a day.
I was not losing weight i wondering why because i was on a diet with takeing theses tablets.
I had then realised that the tablets where not makeing me lose weight,i was puting it on.
So now i had put on 4 stone, i will never use diet pills again, it has ruined my life.
