Ok, slim fast is just for dieting, right? Wrong! Believe it or not, I actually used slim fast for exactly the opposite reason on and off for about a year. The reason? I had really bad glandular fever. My throat was swollen, I could hardly bare to swallow because of the pain, and I was really weak.
