I've been fighting the flab for the past 30 years and have tried diet after diet. I really struggle with my weight and have done for many years. The only way I have ever managed to shift some is by using Slimfast. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not exactly what you'd call skinny. And I'm not exactly ecstatic about that. So in my quest to skinnyfy myself I have attempted a few different diets. I am embarking on a slim fast plan once again after a several other periods of use over the last five years. I am coming back to it because it has worked for me in the past and it really is as much a case of willpower as anything else. Slimfast provides the tools and it is up to me how I use them. The strawberry flavour is my favourite and I replace one or two meals a day fairly easily making it up with the recommended skimmed milk or with 100ml of semi-skimmed milk and the rest water.
