Advantages: Does the job if you have the will to drink.

Disadvantages: Tastes horrid and artificial.

This item costs around 6 pounds and you can get away with using the tin 20 times before it runs out - the premise is that you drink these instead of food and they are low cal, fill you up and give you all your neccessary vitamins and minerals which should result in you losing weight. The scheme advises you have two shakes a day, one low cal meal and some snacks - to me this seems way too much and you dont need to eat all that to feel full - these shakes really do fill you up. This means that you do lose weight quickly if you want stick to the shakes; HOWEVER, they taste disgusting - the strawberry one is really sweet and tastes very artificial, similar to the rest of the range! The powder also needs to be blended properly otherwise bits end up on the bottom which is horrible. To be honest these are more hassle than they are worth - it is simpler and cheaper to use a homemade smoothie with low cal milk.

Summary: Dont try unless you like sweet items.
