Advantages: great taste, low calorie

Disadvantages: very thin and not filling

I have to say that I do quite enjoy the taste of this milkshake. The strawberry flavouring is reminiscent of other brands of strawberry milkshake, however it has to be said that the milkshake is very thin and so I have to say that the textureis not good enough for me.

Sometimes though, it can be difficlut to dissolve the powder in which case you get clusters of powder in your drink which doesnt taste very nice.

This drink is meant to replace a meal, one that would be higher in fat and calories which is the concept of weight loss. It contains calcium (milk) as well as b, c, e and d vitamins along with lots of minerals. For this reason this drink, nutritionally is a good substitute.

However, i found that I was hungry vey quickly after drinking the milkshake and I then ended up eating a meal very soon after I drank the milkshake.

Because this milkshake cannot fill you up it means that a lot of will power will be needed in order to make sure that you do not end up consuming more food.

Summary: i like the taste bt i dont think it ill help you to loose weight
