Slimfast French Vanilla Milkshake Powder

As I am trying to lose weight at the moment I am trying to vary and change my shopping habits to find meals and snacks that are satisfying and that will aid with my weightloss. Whilst in Sainsburys yesterday I found their small selection of Slimfast products, slimfast says it all really doesn't it - Slimfast produce many products that are dietary aids and are meant to be eaten as part of a healthy diet along with exercise to help with weightloss. I don't need to lose a lot of weight but realise than I've not really been eating very healthily the past few months so I bought a tub of Slim Fast Vanilla Powder to 'kick-start' my healthy eating plan. I finally faced the fact that my weight had started creeping up on me when it came down to the choice between buying a whole new wardrobe or dieting, as I could barely fit into any of my clothes. I use Slim Fast's Milkshakes every day mainly for medicinal reasons. I have IBS along with other medical issues and as such I need to take 9 tablets each morning. As someone who has never eaten breakfast for the first 40 odd years of life I find I now need to line my stomach before taking the medication in order not to suffer further gastric problems in the day.
