Anyone who regularly reads my reviews will probably know that I've had an eating disorder in the past. Well I tackled that by eating sensibly and going to the gym regularly. However since doing that I still (and guess I always will be) weight conscious of keeping my size 8 figure intact. The slim fast diet involves subtuting two of your days meals with a slim fast product like this chocolate milkshake. Then you can eat one healthy meal a day. To prepare this chocolate milk shake my suggestion is to use a hand blender to ensure it is stirred fulling and you don't get any lumps. I make mine up by putting the milk into a pint glass then adding the powered on top and blending if your careful it doesn't make any mess. Firstly I would like to say anyone thinking about trying this product, just look at the title. "Heavenly Chocolate Milkshake Powder." To me this would be describing something light and tastes nice. If you're a milk shake fan, like I am, then I would say that you will properly like this product. It just tastes like a chocolate milk shake, so that's a plus to any diet product. In each bottle there is about 200 calories. You're meant to drink this instead of eating two meals and your third meal can include up to 600 calories.
