Firstly I would like to say anyone thinking about trying this product, just look at the title. "Heavenly Chocolate Milkshake Powder." To me this would be describing something light and tastes nice. If you're a milk shake fan, like I am, then I would say that you will properly like this product. It just tastes like a chocolate milk shake, so that's a plus to any diet product.

In each bottle there is about 200 calories. You're meant to drink this instead of eating two meals and your third meal can include up to 600 calories. So if you do the maths, altogether you're eating around 1000 calories a day, well that's if you stick religiously to the instructions. The good thing about slim fast is that it's really easy to follow. It's not like some of the other diets that say you can't eat cheese, rice or bread, but you can eat pasta and so on. Since you're only eating about 1000 calories, you'll find yourself loosing weight fast.

So if you're looking for a quick fix option then slim fast may just be the product for you. But if your just looking for loose a couple of pounds and you have as long as it takes to loose it in, then I suggest you just do it the slow and boring way of healthy eating and exercise.
