Tesco Heathy Living TrackerNewest Review: ... site are mainly that the search function is really poor, you can often spend about 5 minutes looking for the item you want. Also I think it's driven from Tesco's product catalogue rather than meals in itself - so you have to add porridge oats, then milk for example when they could make it easier by just making it 'Porridge' with both included (who eats plain oats by themselves? I love this site - and after trying the Tesco Diets site which you pay for - I love it even more. What is it?------------------------- The basic point of the site is that like Weight Watchers it uses your height/weight/activity level which you enter to determine the amoutn of calories or points you are allocated for a day. You then use the site to enter everything you have eaten in a day and you can see if you have reacher your target in the day or across a week period. Having had another baby and gained a stone, and it being January, I felt the urge to lose weight and I saw an ad for this new Tesco's tracker and thought I'd give it a go. I lost a stone with the Weightwatchers programme, so was happy to give this one a go, all the more, since it is a free programme. HOW DOES IT ... Read the complete review
