The Kelloggs Diet

Same as everyone else I indulged a little too much over the festive period. After losing 8lbs last year and putting it all back on over the festivities I decided enough was enough. My 30th birthday is on the 21st of january so drastic action is called for as I have an outfit I'd like to look my best in. The Diet:- The diet I'm going to follow is the Kellogs Drop a jeans size in two weeks program. How does it work:- For 2 weeks, you eat a bowl of Kellog's Special K (they suggest a portion of 45g) with semi-skimmed milk for breakfast and another for lunch then a balanced meal for dinner. Six weeks ago I had a lovely baby girl! She was 10lb7, and I put on 6 stone!! When I was told how much she weighed, I was thought ?Wooohoo! That?s why I got so heavy, this should make me a lot less now!?, how wrong I was! I dropped two stone, and until two weeks ago I maintained that. Well, I didn't think I'd make it, but I did! I had a fortnight to go, before going to my sister-in-law to be's wedding. I'd tried on 3 seperate outfits (as you do) and none seemed to fit comfortably.
