In Sept. 1999 I began using Diet Fuel, cut back on caloric intake as well as fat intake, and began walking about 30 min. in the late afternoon after I got off work. I was amazed at the results! I started out at the beginning of October weighing in at 199 lbs. within 6 weeks I had shed 35 lbs. I was so excited I knew I could get down to a healthy weight (I'm only 5'3"). By the beginning of March I was down to 130 lbs. and only had 10 lbs. or so to go to reach my ideal weight. I got down to 117 by the end of April. I had been overweight my WHOLE life and for the first time ever you couldn't take the smile off my face. I'm not saying that it was easy to lose the weight ... Read the complete review

Diet fuel is very, very similar to the Ripped fuel from the same company, the main difference being the addition of HydroxyCitric Acid (HCA) - this is a product that is supposed to reduces the conversion of carbohydrates (sugars) in to body fat. From a technical point of view, the dose required to do this is much high than you will get from this. Personally, I have tried both the uK and US versions of this and despite the differences in Ephedrine source (Ma Huang vs Citrus Aurantium) the effects were very similar. I am not personally convinced that the fat burning from this is any better than the other products on the market (Ripped Fuel etc) or even ... Read the complete review

I say fat loss and not weight loss as fat is the stuff that most people want to get rid of. Most people get weight and fat loss mixed up. Diet Fuel is basically a fat burner which when taken as part of a good diet and as part of a fitness regime, it can help to increase the way the body metabolises fat cells within the body. Since I started them I have lost about 12 pounds of fat. I have also gained 7 or 8 pounds of muscle as I am following a body building and nutrition programme too. I'd ... Read the complete review

In 1999 I bought the product on mail order just to try while playing rugby for Buroughmuir in Scotland. What the product did for me is it, while I was training, raised motabolism to the zone where you burn fat. Every reveiw before me insists that you must train and I endorse their view that you must train. When you train (cardio) and break sweat keep working at that level for about another 30 minutes - do this for about 3 times a week. East sensible - see a doc about eating. And I beleive that if you do this diet fuel will help - BUT DO NOT BECOME RELIANT UPON IT IN ITS SELF. I now weigh 20.5 stones, and am returning to training, with ... Read the complete review
