This is a terrible, over hyped product that really doesn't do anything. After 30 days on this I can definitely say there were no beneficial results and the only thing it has done is empty my wallet a bit. According to university studies Pyruvic acid increases the ATP concentration (like creatine etc) and should increas muscluar endurance, fat burning and strength. However this is not a stable substance so the food products mix it with a salt to make Calcium-Pyruvate. This may be the reason why this product does not work.
