Advantages: six function monitor, easy to use and gives your body a good cardio workout

Disadvantages: slightly difficult to assembly, i find the seat a bit uncomfortable

I bought this exercise bike just before christmas from Argos and it was on offer for 50.00 which I thought was a bargain. It is a self assembly bike so comes in a flat box from the store. It is fiddly to put together and took me about an hour. The instructions are quite clear, but it takes time to ensure everything is working and tightened, and fitting the computer system in. The bike comes with a 6 function exercise monitor featuring calories, distance (miles), scan, speed and time functions and ear lobe pulse sensor (although I have never used this).
The bike seat I find slightly uncomfortable, but usually place a cushion on this and it solves the problem. The bike is quite compact with a height of 116 cm, width of 53 cm NS LENGTH OF 117CM. It isnt mobile, but is not too heavy so can be moved about if required.
The bike has handlebars which move in conjunction with the pedals so it is an all over body workout as you can push the pedals with the handlebars and legs, so it gets all your body working (similar to a cross trainer).
I have found this bike fantastic overall, and have lost a lot of weight from using it. There is a tension screw so you can alter how hard you have to pedal. I usually work out for around 20- 30 mins a night, and at the speed I go is a distnace of about 9 miles (240 calories). This is a bargain if you want to get fit in the comfort of your own home.

Summary: a fantastic exercise bike, which is good value for money and gives your whole body a workout
