Not a magic cure!

Advantages: Believing they work could keep the diet going!
Disadvantages: They dont do what they say they do
These tablets are currently £21.48 (at Boots the chemist) for 180 tablets.I bought mine at Tesco when they had them lower than half price.
I'd read in several women's magazines how lots of t.v. stars had tried these tablets and how wonderful they were, so, feeling that I needed some extra help in the weight loss stakes, and seeing as they were as cheap as they probably ever were going to be, I bought some and eagerly took them, and.........
I took them for over a month and I didn't find that they worked at all. They have a blend of 3 natural plant extracts (Yerba mate, Guarana and Damiana), and their claim is that you will feel fuller during meals, feel less hungry between meals and be more active but I didn't find that any of this was true. Maybe they would work as a kind of placebo - if you took them while on a diet, and did lots of exercise, it could give you a needed boost to stick to your diet and exercise plan but I think the weight loss would be due to reduced calories and increased activity, rather than the magic power of these pills.
Summary: A total waste of money
