Hayfever:
... my favourite word of half of spring, all of summer, the beginning of Autumn. Generally from March to October I suffer terrible hayfever. Its not pleasant. This is how I attempt to cope: To tackle my hayfever, I use a ... Read the full review: Atishoo by katyboo123 |

However, what many people fail to forget is the loved ones that have to listen to nasty comments regarding their parents/siblings/partner/friends weight issues. Like I said, I weigh what is an average weight for my height. I am 5 4 and weigh just over 8 stone. My Mum is the same height and is considered very overweight. Obesity ... having read Hishyeness truly excellent, open and honest piece about the trials and tribulations of being overweight, I felt inspired to put pen to paper (or should I say finger-pads to keyboard) and create my own piece on the same subject. A very special thanks to Hishyeness for raising this topic in the first place, and to have produced such a stunning piece of writing which I, and I m sure many others also did, found very moving. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ DISCLAIMER: I intend none of what follows to be a criticism of my mother in the slightest. She had her own unresolved problems, and if she were alive today and able to read this, I feel certain she d ag... Read the full review: Wake up world! by GentleGenius |
