Mammograms:
... is not your usual review; it s not about jam, or shower gel. Or even about a book. It s about the importance of checking your breasts regularly and following up on any changes. It s never going to be applicable to everyone, but it may just be applicable to you. A woman in the UK has a 1 in 9 chance of getting breast cancer at some time in her life, so it s obviously important to check for any changes. Say, once... Hyperemesis Gravidarum ... makes me mad when I hear people saying "your pregnant your not ill". Anyone that has suffered from Hyperemesis will agree with me. It all started when I was 6 weeks pregnant, literally over night I went from being fine to being sick. Now when I say sick I literally mean 24/7. I wasn t able to eat anything or drink anything, even the slightest sip of water would have me running to the toilet and quite literally bringing up everything including my stomach lining!! I felt so unbelievable ill and exhausted that I went to my doctors who said its ok this is normal. Ahem, excuse me but it wasn t normal! It wasn t till I had to go to hospital that they realised how... Read the full review: Its not as uncommon as they think by Colz2009 |

Smoking about twenty cigarettes a day thirty on a Weekend per day, I was in a state. It maybe small c... Read the full review: Train your brain for a better healthier life by TimStavert |

At this time I had also put on weight suddenly and started to experience hirsutism (facial hair). I was referred to a gynacologist who advised me that I had Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and told that with this condition I would probably never be able to have children! As I was only 20 yrs old, single and kids weren t even on my radar I remember being concerned but not deeply upset - strange! However I went on and met my husband in 1994 and told him almost immediately that if he wanted children then the relatio... Read the full review: My PCOS Story by lmurphy72 |
