my hayfever symptoms are generally worse at night meaning that i can't sleep. Then am so tired at work. i saw an advert for the Qu-Chi acupressure band in the daily express a couple of weeks ago and asked my acupuncturist if it is worth trying, he said that he thought the idea was brilliant.
