It makes me mad when I hear people saying "your pregnant your not ill". Anyone that has suffered from Hyperemesis will agree with me. It all started when I was 6 weeks pregnant, literally over night I went from being fine to being sick. Now when I say sick I literally mean 24/7. I wasn't able to eat anything or drink anything, even the slightest sip of water would have me running to the toilet and quite literally bringing up everything including my stomach lining!! I tried everything from tablets to ginger and accupuncture bands but nothing would stop it. It was also the middle of summer and for once we were having a heatwave. I had never felt so drained both mentally and physically, i used to lie in bed ... Read the complete review

Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) is a medical condition I had never heard of before I was pregnant last year. It is an extremely sever version of morning sickness and can be described as unrelenting, extreme nausea and/or vomiting during pregnancy which prevents an adequate intake of food and fluid. I made this suggestion to dooyoo as I wanted to raise awareness of this condition. During my pregnancy I vomited for the first time before I had my pregnancy test and for the last time on the day my baby was born and every day in between. There are several theories about why some women develop HG including genetic, biological, overall health and even psychological. As ... Read the complete review
