Chances are, the condition I am about to "review", is not going to be something you will have heard of. This is because it is a fairly rare condition, with only 1 in 75,000 babies born suffering from it, so it is not something you will readily come across unless you yourself know someone who suffers from it. The condition is called Russell-Silver syndrome, and I am someone who has this condition.
