	Dolland & Aitchison ... lately my eyes have been hurting and things have been a tad bit blurry so I thought I d book myself an eye test. I was very blessed to receive a leaflet through the door for a free eye test (normally £27) from Dolland and Aitchison so decided to go ahead with it. I used their website to book my test which was really easy to do. I gave some details including who I was, where I lived and when I would prefer my appointment to be and the site informed me that I would receive a call the end of the phone was polite and made sure I knew where they were. 	Vicks Vapor Inhaler ... am not often ill but when I am it gets very bad. Im sure that I am the one that suffers the man flu us women made up and my partner would probably agree. The first thing that happens when I get ill is that silly blocked nose that you can not blow and you can not sniff it gets that frustrating at times and you just cant sleep when you have it. My grandmother decided that she had had enough of me moaning about it about two weeks ago and very kindly picked me up one of these. 	Kalms Sleep ... have big issues with sleep, I seem to have no problems getting to sleep and it doesn t matter how many hours I have slept I still wake unrefreshed, this is not good as a single mother of a hyperactive 8 year old girl.
