	Starflower Oil ... have just started taking this in the 1000 mg form 6 days ago with 2600mg of evening primrose oil. Since having Swine Flu in July I have been having terrible difficulty keeping awake at work in the mornings (I am 44 far too young to be having these problems) and have generally felt under the weather. 	Optical Express ... have just come back from Optical Express with a brand new pair of specs. Not only is this a new pair, but my first ever pair! At the age of 29 I thought it time I got an eye test. Optical Express were offering a free test if you buy your glasses there and then. As I intended to do this I thought I d go along.
