Dr Bach Rescue Remedy ... started taking driving lessons a few months back and would be a nervous bag some 4-5 hours prior to the arrival of the driving instructor , this was a bit surprising as I am not normally a nervous person. I literally had panic attacks I think , with hands and feet going ice-cold, rapid heart beat, frequent visits to the loo and in general feeling very anxious. Dr Bach Rescue Remedy ... mum used to use this when I was a little girl. I remember her using the line - wheres the rescue remedy, she swears by it even to this day. Because my mum is such a fan of this I was introduced to it and now use it also and it really does work. This is a bach remedy, homeopathic which costs around £6-7 for a 20ml bottle. In stressful situations and in situations where you need calming down you put a doppler full on your tongue and it rescues you making you feel more relaxed. It tases like brandy and is quite yummy.
