I started my driving lessons last October I was a nervous wreck, after being the passenger in a bad car accident a few years before all I could focus on was the fact that it could happen again. And before my lessons I got really edgy couldn t sit still and if any one would talk to me I would bite their head off. After I spoke to my auntie about this she told me to go out and go and buy some Dr Bach Rescue Remedy as it had really helped her when she did her driving lessons. Dr Bach Rescue Remedy ... m not normally a nervous or anxious person but like everyone there are the odd times when I could do with a little support, something to take the edge off of whatever is annoying me. I don t like the idea of taking pills however as I worry about side affects and the possibility of becoming addicted. I ve had a couple of major reasons in recent months to need a little help, the first being learning to drive. It took me 4 goes to finally pass the test and I was becoming increasingly upset and worried about apparent inability to do something that millions of other people seemed to find easy.
