As with any supplement the product is only as good as the training that the purchaser does in order to allow the product to achieve its full potential. After a month of using Reflex Instant Whey Protein I am in the best shape of my life and I believe that this is partly down to using the best protein powder i have come across so far. Perhaps my only problem with this particular product is that it is difficult to get the powder to mix with liquids unless you own a shaker (not provided). ... is one of the best known supplement manufacturers in the UK and for a very good reason. Firstly being the quality of their whey protein is superb, i believe it is 80% protein of a dry basis of 100grams. So whilst it is a supplement it is also a food source at the same time, so great not only for athletes but for individuals who struggle to meet their GDA of protein, such as vegetarians or people with a diet low in meat produce.
