If you are one for over indulgence, then you might want to invest in some Andrews Liver Salts. The name might sound weird but they are basically just a really great pick me up for those who feel a bit icky. Think Rennie in a fizzy liquid form.

They can relieve the symptoms of all the following ailments:
upset stomach
indigestion
dyspepsia
heartburn
over indulgence
constipation

I have only ever used it when i have over-indulged and I feel sick and have heartburn. It sorts is out really quickly. It is not quite immediate but not far off, obviously depending on the extent of the over indulgence!

The main ingredient that sorts you out is sodium bicarbonate, which neutralises the acid in your stomach and makes you burp out the nastiness that is causing you pain.

You add the stated dose to water, let it dissolve and cause a lot of fiz and then drink it down in one.

It does not taste of much at all. If anything it is slightly citrus tasting but there is not much flavour. It is not unpleasant to drink.

You can find Andrews Original Liver Salts in most pharmacies and supermarkets. The 150g pot will cost about three pound.
