My experience with Arnica has been wonderful. I started taking the tablets within 1/2 hours after knee surgery & then as instructed on the bottle. Just before Christmas I had to go in to have my wisdom teeth out, 18 weeks on now I am still unwell. As it turns out I had a jaw co ndition that was triggered off as a result of having my teeth out and now I find myself on a soft diet and attending physiotherapy every week. I have had fairly severe arthritis for many years now, and have tried a great many remedies, raging from those prescribed by the doctor to simple painkillers and a variety of more natural remedies. Of those natural remedies, perhaps the most effective, for me, has been arnica, which has become something I have repurchased a number of times because I do believe it offers some relief.
