Arnica

My experience with Arnica has been wonderful. I started taking the tablets within 1/2 hours after knee surgery & then as instructed on the bottle. They greatly helped to reduce the swelling & bruising (what bruising?) After 2 days, I was permitted to take the tensor off, so then I have been using the gel as well. Just before Christmas I had to go in to have my wisdom teeth out, 18 weeks on now I am still unwell. As it turns out I had a jaw co ndition that was triggered off as a result of having my teeth out and now I find myself on a soft diet and attending physiotherapy every week. I have had fairly severe arthritis for many years now, and have tried a great many remedies, raging from those prescribed by the doctor to simple painkillers and a variety of more natural remedies. Jack has just started to pull himself up onto things over the last few weeks and along with it has come the falling and banging of his head..... I had heard of Arnica and a lady who lives by my mum said that she swears by it, so off I went to Boots and bought their own tube of Arnica and put it in the medicine drawer. Arnica cream, what a wonderful product this is. Last week my 2 year old son was running, tripped over and hit his head against the dining room chair leg. His reaction was very loud(!) and immediately a dark red line appeared on his cheek. After a kiss better I rang my husband and asked him to get some Arnica cream on his way home. By the time he arrived the red line was joined by a bump and a bluish bruise. We applied the arnica to his cheek at teatime and again before he went to bed.
