Advantages: easy to use, helped reduce swelling

My experience with Arnica has been wonderful. I started taking the tablets within 1/2 hours after knee surgery & then as instructed on the bottle. They greatly helped to reduce the swelling & bruising (what bruising?) After 2 days, I was permitted to take the tensor off, so then I have been using the gel as well. What a wonderful plant Arnica is. I will definetly recommend it to anybody that I know is having any surgery, or for bruises.
