Arnica is indicated for trauma, particularly where briusing has occured due to physical cause. Instances where this remedy would be called for include falling down stairs, being in a fight, falling or hanging ones head.

You can buy Arnica cream from good pharmacies and health food shops which is ideal for localised use, however the actual remedy itself can also be put to use where there has been *old* trauma too, for example when something happened many years ago to a person; injuries which happened years ago.

It is believed that this particular remedy can reach back over twenty years! Strange to think, but homeopaths use it when there might have been unresolved trauma. Another use is for repetitive injury.
