Jack has just started to pull himself up onto things over the last few weeks and along with it has come the falling and banging of his head.....

I had heard of Arnica and a lady who lives by my mum said that she swears by it, so off I went to Boots and bought their own tube of Arnica and put it in the medicine drawer. Needless to say Jack fell and banged his head on the table leg, off I trotted to the drawer and slapped some Arnica on the red mark, within a few hours there was hardly a mark there, and after 2 days the bruise had gone, its brilliant and I will not be without it.

He has fallen a lot over the weekend and the Arnica has been used to its maximum. You really don't need that much of it either and I usually end up wiping a lot of it on a tissue, as I have used too much.

Its really worth investing in and I am going to get another tube to put in my baby bag, for those times when we are out, as I think the sooner its applied the quicker it works.
