If you are further along in pregnancy it won't really matter what time of day you use it as your hormone level will be high anyway but in the early days it can be difficult to pick up on after morning. This test can detect pregnancy up to 4 days before your period is due so if you are unsure of your dates or if you're too excited and anxious to wait it can be a God send. Asda Home Pregnancy Test: Cheap but very cheerful! (846 words)

We have been trying for a baby for a few months and we have little money to spare and will have even less once we have a new family addition and so we don't want to spend a fortune buying pregnancy tests. Of course you always hope that the first test you buy will come back positive and then the £8 you have spent on a leading brand will seem like little money but that isn't always the case. Sometimes it can take months and months to get a positive test and sometimes this doesn't even mean you'll use just one test a month, you may even take several so it can soon be a costly affair. This was why we bought these from Asda as they cost £3.50 and you get two in the pack. I ...  Read the complete review

A less pricey way to test for pregnancy! (899 words)

***Before reading this is a very girly review and talks about pregnancy and the joys of being a woman and urinating on a stick! Therefore all those of a sensitive disposition need to bear this in mind!!!***** Prior to my current pregnancy I have had to take a few pregnancy tests; when I got a positive result at the start of my pregnancy with my twin boys and also a very nerve wracking test when my twin boys were 6 months old and I had pregnancy symptoms (thankfully which was negative). On each of these occasions I have always begrudged paying a lot of money for pregnancy tests so have opted for the lower priced tests which included the Asda Home ...  Read the complete review

Asda Home Pregnancy Test: A cheap and reliable of finding out if you're pregnant! - As ... (1232 words)

As I wrote in my last review, my husband and I have reached that time in our lives where we are wanting to start our own family. I have previously reviewed a rather useful book about conception, and when the time came for mother nature do bring her usual monthly gift, it didn't arrive, which took me by surprise since we hadn't been trying for very long. Anyway, after feeling a couple of other unusual symptoms (when I say unusual - I mean those that I don't normally ever experience around that time of the month) I decided I would bite the bullet and buy a pregancy test, not to use straight away, as I wanted to be sure that I was late by quite a few days. I ...  Read the complete review

Here's hoping you get the result you want (547 words)

With my first daughter it took nearly a year to fall pregnant but I was late a fair few times and as such I used a lot of pregnancy tests!! With my second daughter I was pregnant 6 weeks after I had my implant removed and because of my first experience I didn't believe I was pregnant until I had 5 positive tests. I bought some of my pregnancy tests from Asda however I wasn't lured by the more expensive named tests as I believe supermarket branded products are generally just as good and lets face it they have to pass enough tests to be on the market in the first place that you can trust they will give you the correct result and they do peromise to be 99% ...  Read the complete review

~Asda Home Pregnancy Tests~ These pregnancy tests are available in a pack of 2. Asda promote them as being easy to use as they can be used in one step - no mixing or measuring!
