I tried Bach Rescue Remedy for the first time several years ago to help me cope with exam stress.The product is intended to calm and relax getting rid of stress. I have used it on a number of occasions for example on long journeys(reduces jetlag)and before performing on stage.
The remedy comes in a neat brown bottle with a built in dropper lid , so it is simple to measure the exact dosage.There are two choices for use,either by itself and in water.I usually find that it works best in water and if I am suffering a stessful period I usually carry a bottle of water with the remedy mixed in to take sips from throughout the day.
I found Bach remedy's to be very effective and as it is impossible to over dose with them I prefer them to usual medicines.
A final note is..if you add some of this to vodka or wine you feel great!
