Bach Rescue Night

Rescue Night I have recently not being sleeping very well, and having put it down to the fact that I was doing too much thinking, decided to try to sort it out before it became a real issue. I have used the Rescue products before and like the fact that they are all natural ingredients, so decided to give this a go- helped by the fact that there was an offer on the products in Boots. My eldest son (who we shall call "Bob" for the purpose of this review) has been struggling to get to sleep for months, so much so that he gets really annoyed with himself, which stops him from sleeping even more. When it comes to sleeping I'm the worlds worst at it. I rarely get over more than a couple of hours kip and it's mainly due to repetive thoughts. Having used Bach Rescue Remedy Spray and Drops for a couple of years and found them quite helpful in reducing stress and helping me stay calm, I thought I would give the new Bach product, Rescue Night, a try.
