Rescue Night I have recently not being sleeping very well, and having put it down to the fact that I was doing too much thinking, decided to try to sort it out before it became a real issue. I have used the Rescue products before and like the fact that they are all natural ingredients, so decided to give this a go- helped by the fact that there was an offer on the products in Boots. This is apparently a "unique" combination of the flower essences of Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum with White Chestnut. For anyone who knows anything about the healing properties of plants, then this will mean something but for ... Read the complete review

I suffer insomnia as part of a chronic illness. Due to my sleeplessness being frequent in nature, I'm always on the look out for something more natural that can be used on a long term basis without any nasty side effects. Having been a big fan of the Rescue Remedy brand, when I saw this advertised on the Holland and Barrett website, I quickly added it to my basket. ~~~~The Basics~~~~ The product cost me £7 for 10ml bottle from aforementioned health shop, Holland and Barrett but I know it can be purchased more cheaply than this and in most supermarkets and chemists. It comes in small yellow cardboard box, with a blue night scene depicted ... Read the complete review

Every so often, I find it difficult to sleep. Especially if I have a busy or stressful day coming in the morning. I don't really like taking tablets, but I don't mind an herbal one now and again if it helps me to sleep. Recently I purchased the Bach Rescue Night Liquid Drops as I have already tried Rescue Remedy and got on with it well enough. What does it do? The product has claims that it will help to drift off into a natural sleep when your mind won't switch off from repetitive thoughts. How does it work? The product contains natural ingredients to speed up the sleep process and relax the mind. The tablet contains White Horse ... Read the complete review

My 2 year old daughter is not the best settler or sleeper even now and has an active imagination and is easily excitable/made nervous at bedtime. She often wakes and is very dreamy and experiences night terrors if she has too much stimulation near bedtime. I had been searching about for a non medical, non addictive herbal or homeopathic remedy to help her rest her mind and calm down to allow good sleep to follow. After a bit of searching I came across Bach Rescue Night, it had reasonable reviews and was not too expensive (approx £5) to try out. The blurb from the company is - Bach Rescue Night is a unique combination of the flower essences of Rock Rose, ... Read the complete review

I have, as you may be able to tell from the reviews I have done on similar products, been searching lately for a product that will help me relax one an evening and ultimately assist me in getting to sleep. I have tried all sorts of medical and non medical products but nothing has helped me! I picked up the Bach Rescue night a few weeks ago and after using it every night since I again have little success to report and find this product to be pretty much similar to each and every one I have tried, ineffective. The product is a gel which you can place on your tongue or drink in water and its main "selling" point is the fact that it is made from 5 ... Read the complete review
