We all know that feeling, facing a horrible interview, driving test, doctors appointment, whatever. Your heart is racing your palms are sweaty and you feel useless. I bought these during school/college when I used to panic heavily over presentations in front of my classmates. After trying Kalms, I was skeptical about whether any of these natural stress relievers actually worked. Christmas and New Year was a truly horrible time for me. I let things muff up my head big time. Of course Christmas and New Year is a difficult time for the majority of us with people we've lost and money problems etc. For me I missed my Dad terribly (who died of cancer 9 years ago).
