Berocca. It sounds like an Italian cheese, doesn't it? But its not - it is, in fact, a new supplement (in the UK at least) that has recently appeared on the market. Unlike other vitamin tablets though, Berocca has been designed "to help to stay at your best through the many challenges and opportunities you set yourself in modern life" and help you to "stay sharp and make the most of your busy lifestyle". In other words, it is made to be a kind of anti-stress tonic. I first heard about Berocca about a year ago, when an article in a magazine I was reading reviewed it as part of a survey on hangover cures. I don't think it came off ... Read the complete review

I started taking Berocca Effervescent Tablets about 9 months ago, I was offered one by a colleague as a hang over cure and I enjoyed the taste of the Orange tablets, it was very similar to Orange Fanta. I read the tube and saw how packed they were with Vitamins, and that was it, I was hooked. The basics: Berocca tablets come in 3 different sized packs, 45 pack / RRP £13.49, 30 pack / RRP £10.54, 15 pack / RRP £5.81 You can ususally pick these up in health food shops or Boots, or even now supermarkets for a lot cheaper, on special offers, 3 for 2s etc. You are supposed to take 1 tablet per day, so for a month supply they are going to cost ... I recently started purchasing the effervescent version of this product as I was struggling to keep up with my lifestyle. Like another reviewer that I have seen here, I picked up a virus when I was 17 and ever since I have been plagued by fatigue, particularly in the mornings and in the mid-afternoons. I had learnt ways to manage it in my life, but recently it had begun to take over as I have a demanding job which is currently incredibly busy as well as a wedding in a matter of weeks - all in all it has felt like ages since I had a proper break and I was beginning to flag seriously. I was also worried that as soon as I began to relax on my honeymoon I would instantly ... Read the complete review

~Introduction~ I first tried Berocca a few years ago when it was launched and they were giving away free trials at the train station I was using for my daily commute. Since then I have purchased it occasionally, but don't use it daily as suggested, just when I feel I need a vitamin boost (eg after a heavy night XD lol) I use the effervescent tablets so this review is of them. I have felt inspired to write today as I have a cold and have reached for my Berocca again this morning! ~What's in Berocca?~ Each tablet is about the size of a 50p, but they are round. Packed into each little tablet is: 793% RDA of Vitamin C 743% RDA of Vitamin B1 ... Read the complete review

I am very good at always ensuring I eat five a day and generally, consider myself to be a very ehalthy person. I do however, work in a job that needs me to work very long hours indeed. I found Berocca about 8 years ago for the first time and decided to give them a go, because I found that early afternoons were getting difficult as I was always tired. Berocca comes in different forms, but essentially the idea is the same. You take one of these regularly to increase your daily performance. The tablets contain vitamin B complex in particular as well as other essential minerals and vitamins. I prefer to take the effervescent tablets and it is ... Read the complete review
