A great way to shift those colds quicker (Berocca)

I tried this at the end of last year when I had been struck down with a cold virus.
I do not usually go in for herbal remedies and the like but I thought I would give it a shot.

What is it then?

Berocca is essentially a tablet which is high in vitamins B and C. It is designed to give you a pick me up or help when you're suffering from an illness

The test:

A day into my cold I started to take these. Usually my colds pass within a couple of weeks. They are easy to consume, just pop into a glass with some water and wait for it to fizz. The drink has a pleasant fruity taste and I had no problem consuming it. Just like a squash with a hint of fizz about it.

Did it work:

My cold went within literally 4 days, it seemed to shift quicker than usual. I do feel these drinks helped. They perk you up and provide a quick shot of essential vitamins to the immune system.

Verdict: Start taking at the first signs of illness or periods of malnutrition, but do not use on a day to do basis or the body will become immune to these tablets.
