This stuff is just awesome. It really does have miracle power. I do have a hectic lifestyle as the slogan mentions it helps with and it really does.

It is quite expensive at roughly four quid for a tube of 15 but I'm a geek enough to do the maths and if you take one a day thats two a month equalling 24 a year so one hundred pounds ish a year on vitamins. This figure sounds an awful lot but I don't get sick pay and so if it stops me getting ill just twice a year i'll have broken even.

My sister buys them and just takes them when she feels she needs a pick me up (they are awesome for hangovers!) so there is no need to take one everyday like I choose to, as working long hours I find they give me everyday energy and verve.

These vitamins fizz up in your drink and I actually do think they taste very nice, I have tried the original orange flavour and tropical though and do definately prefer the orange. They make your pee a funny colour though so drink lots of water too!

Vitamin B complexes are renowned for giving energy but I have taken various vitamin B complexes in tablet form and have never found anything as powerful as this stuff - for a lot of its vitamins for example vitamin C - it has seven times your recommended daily allowance so its strong stuff.

I do believe it has stopped me getting ill, I used to get ill a lot as I work with children but since taking it I have not gotten ill once, thats right not once! even a sickness and diarrhea epidemic has passed me by in my nursery and my boyfriend who I live with got a stinking cold and I didn't catch it!


Also at the moment it's 3 for 2 in boots! I've already stocked up.
