Advantages: Really does increase your energy levels, easy to use and very tasty

Disadvantages: Changes colour of urine to bright orange/yellow!

I have only fairly recently become a full Berocca convert, but thought I would share my enthusiasm for this brilliant product! I have always been told to take multi vitamins but not being a fan of daily tablet taking (who is?!), I have never quite been able to get into that particular routine. So Berocca has offered a great solution to this with their fizzy, tingley effervescent tablets, which completely dissolve in a flash in a glass of water. As recommended on the pack I take mine in the morning (as soon as I get to my desk at work). They really do perk you up and prevent that mid-afternoon is-it-five-o'clock-yet syndrome. I had a stint of three months on the orange flavour, then for some reason I got out of the routine. Then after a few weeks I got comments from family and friends saying I looked 'tired' and that my skin hadn't been as 'radiant' recently. So off I ran to get fresh supplies and sure enough I think I can see a difference in my skin now, and definitely have more energy when I get home from work. This time I have tried the tropical flavour, which is my personal favourite as it feels more summery. But the choice is yours! In summary, a highly recommended, 'on the go' tasty vitamin drink.

Summary: Great product to have in the morning at your desk, great results quickly!
