On first glance, the little orange tablet looks fairly innocuous. No different from any other vitamin on the market. Drop it in water however and this feisty little nugget goes ballistic!

A bit dramatic, granted, but this product really delivers the goods. Packed with 1000mg of vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and other nutrients, it's the perfect combination to start the day with, and will certainly help you stave off those everyday maladies.

It tastes great too, with a zesty sort of orangy flavour, which is not too sweet, nor too bland and gritty.

Marketed 'for hectic lifestyles', Berocca is appropriate I'd say for any lifestyle, hectic or not, and it's success is due to the growing importance people are putting on their health, and the need for vitamin supplements in today's society.

It can be bought from most supermarkets, chemists, etc, and is unmistakeable in a distinctive green and orange packet.
