... what it does is use essential oils to help you relax which should help you sleep better. This smells absolutely gorgeous and I use it by spraying a few squirts around my room and on my pillow when I go to bed. I usually read for a little while in bed before trying to sleep and I really do find that this helps calm my senses and relax my brain. Breathing it in deep really seems to soothe and relax both my mind and my body. When I am feeling really stressed and cannot relax I usually use a lavender spray combined wit...more

Boots Sleep Pillow Mist I was first given this Boots pillow sleep mist by a friend who knows that I often struggle to get a good night sleep. This is a lovely smelling fragrance that does work well to set the mood for a pleasant nights sleep. This is available in two fragrances, a lovely lavender and a gorgeous geranium. I own this sleep mist in lavender, a scent that is well known for its association with aiding a good night sleep. Boots say this is a "soothing blend of essential oils of lavender, basil and orange blossom to create a calming aroma to encourage the body to relax, for a peaceful night's ...  Read the complete review

There is nothing worse than feeling tired and still not being able to sleep when going to bed, for me that situation is brought on by stress as we have been under pressure with money since my partner lost his job i have suffered. I don't like taking pills or any kinds of medication, my doctor recommended herbal products as i refused the sleeping pills so i looked into it. I found the boots sleep pillow mist and gave it a try. Boots pillow mist costs £5.99 for 100 ml bottle. The pillow mist is in a spay pump bottle and when sprayed looks like mist amazing i think that's where the name come from. The pillow mist has all natural herbal essential oils ...  Read the complete review

Boots Sleep Pillow Mist: You are feeling very sleepy... (400 words)

Boots Sleep Pillow Mist is like a sleeping pill in liquid form, only much better for you as it is drug free. Boots say it is a specially formulated blend of essential oils to encourage natural sleep patterns, I don't know about the last bit but it certainly relaxes you and encourages you to drift off without actually being aware that you are. I use for those nights when my brain just won't switch off and even though I'm completely knackered it still keeps thinking about all the things I've got to do tomorrow. I spray a bit around my pillow and breathe and off I go. The other time I recommend using this in a big way is on aeroplanes. Spray a bit on ...  Read the complete review

Since reading some reviews on this that basically stated what an awful product it was I decided not to bother trying it out - even though Ive been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately. However my mom knowing about my sleeping problem went and bought me a bottle of this a few weeks ago and so I thought Id give it a go because even if it was terrible I hadn't paid a penny for it and it could possibly disrupt my sleeping pattern anymore than it was already messed up so basically a win win situation. If it worked I would fall asleep quickly and easily and if it didn't I had not wasted any money. Useful Information: Price: £5.99 - 100ml ...  Read the complete review

==Boots Sleep Pillow Mist== Having had trouble sleeping for quite a while now I have been trying various methods of trying to get to sleep and buying different types of over the counter medication and really anything that claims to aid in the process of getting off to sleep. Having had no results from the Kalms tablets, Lavender essence in the bath and other herbal items and various remedies that people have suggested to me, I thought I would give this little spray bottle a try as someone at work said it worked wonders for them. The bottle is a little pump action spray bottle hold 100 ml and costs £5.99 pence which I didn't' think overly ...  Read the complete review
