I absolutely love Boots Essentials Aromatherapy products. They stock a huge range of them in my city centre store and I think I have pretty much tried them all (and reviewed them all lol). The other day though I spotted a product in the range I hadn't yet tried and not only did I buy it cos I hadn't tried it but also I bought it cos I thought it may help with my sleeping! Now me, well I really struggle with sleep badly. It's only happened in the past couple of years and before that I could sleep 15 hours and a few times went to sleep one day and woke up two days later (I kid you not lol).
