I've only recently just started taking care of my well being. I figure at 28 its time to start taking things a little more serious, after years of abuse at the hand of a hectic life style. Whether I'm drinking the wrong things or eating the wrong thins, I am fully aware its not good for me, but its OK - because I'm young and will grow out of it. Well at 28 I'm not that young and the cracks are starting to show - notibilly they one that sticks out of the back of the trousers I'm reluctant to admit are too small. Getting fat, tireder and more and more lethargic - I decided a few months ago to start making a change. My credit card gets just as much abuse as my ... Read the complete review

So recently I have been feeling a bit run down and prone to getting the old cold. Whilst I appreciate we haven't had a summer so to speak and I haven't been on holiday in over three years (yes that is the world's smallest violin you can hear playing...!) - I decided that I should try out some vitamins. I don't have the best diet in the world - I work long hours in London and I work in television which often means I work crazy hours on top of a four hour commute (yup, there's that violin again...) If I've had a particularly long day, by the time I get through the door at night, often 12 - 14 hours after I left it in the morning - I tend to eat rubbish rather than worry Read the complete review

Boots Multivitamin Tablets My husband and I have finally decided that we are ready to start trying for a family and as such I was in Boots buying folic acid tablets. My husband was with me and he was wondering whether he should take a multi vitamin too, more because he keeps catching the cold. Instead of spending a fortune on expensive multi vitamins when I suspected that he wouldn't continue to take them after the novelty has worn off. We settled on these Boots own brand multi vitamins for him. I have used these in the past and I think they make for a very reasonable multi vitamin, especially when you don't want to spend a fortune and ... Read the complete review

I do like to try and look after myself but sometimes it is difficult to ensure I get enough exercise not to mention vitamins. The government guidelines recommend getting 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables a day but other scientific reports state that you should be getting at least 10. With so much confusing information around it might be helpful for everyone to take a multivitamin tablet. I always try to take a multivitamin tablet every day. I don't have a particular brand that I am loyal to but at the moment I am taking a multivitamin by boots as they were on a two for three offer the last time I bought some. Their own brand multivitamins come in the choice of ... Read the complete review

Some time ago now I did a review on the Tesco own brand of multivitamins. I have been taking the tablets for some time now and I have definitely noticed a difference when it comes to the amount of colds I have been catching! However a couple of months ago now I ran out of the tablets and seeing as I was nowhere near the Supermarket I went to my local Boots store instead and brought a bottle of their own brand of multivitamins. I did not want to go without the tablets as I have been taking them regularly for so long so I brought these and started taking them straight away. The tablets will cost you £5.25 for 90 tablets and you need to take one tablet ... Read the complete review
