When I went it to buy glasses, all the did was wast my time, pointed me in the wrong direction, once I had chosen my frames (in the area they had shown), they would not accpt my payments, completely appalling service, I have written a letter of complant to Boot PLC because I want my money back. I am writting this review because I would not want for anyone else to go though the same things I was put through, and I want for Boots PLC to apologise for their behavior and stop hiring imcompetent staff.
