I started taking Boots Skin Nutrition about 3 months ago, and although I haven't noticed a drastic improvement (its only a vitamin, it doesn't work miracles), I have noticed that my skin is clearer and healthier than it used to be. Of course to achieve this effect you must also eat a health balanced diet.
