Oh my gosh!!! As some of you might know, I have just started trying for a baby with my husband. Well, last week I had cause to buy a pregnancy test. I will not bore you with the details as I know there are quite a few men on her who don't really want to hear all the ins and outs of the female anatomy but lets just say something didn't arrive that I was expecting and so that's what prompted me to send my husband to Tesco's at 9pm last Friday night. Why couldn't I have told him sooner he said but I think he will have to get used to me being irrational for a little while! I sent him with specific instructions to get the Clearblue tests as these are the ... Read the complete review

Having recently used one of these to confirm my fourth pregnancy, I felt it fresh enough in my mind to give a review. ~ About ~ This home pregnancy test is the first in its kind to have the unique conception indicator. The product can be used as early as four days before your period is due, to test the HCG in your urine and detect pregnancy. It reads the strength of the result to determine how far along you are in your pregnancy. ~ How To Use ~ The instructions are very simple. To use, simply unclasp the lid and point the tip of the test into your urine stream, preferably with your first morning urine, as it has the highest ... Read the complete review

Back when we were trying to conceive our first child, I had a bit of an addiction to pregnancy tests. As I neared the end of every cycle, I'd rush to the nearest branch of Boots, buy a test (usually one of the cheaper ones), wait until the next morning and then do the test. Then I'd sit on the toilet for three minutes and stare at it, hoping that the line would come up. And, when I wasn't pregnant, it would all start over again until I thought I needed another test - good thing it only took us a few months otherwise I'd have been broke! Now, older and wiser, I changed my approach. This time I told myself there would be no testing until my period was late. We ... Read the complete review

My periods are usually regular but for some reason this time round it was a week late, now not sure if it was medication messing up the cycle or the possibility of being pregnant. I thought it was time to rule out pregnancy so I purchased Clearblue digital pregnancy test from ebay. Yes you heard right I purchased it for just under £7 from ebay, you can tell how urgent I was to test for pregnancy. The way I see it was my chances of pregnancy was quite a long shot with the use of protection and the fact back ache and odd cramp was indictating period was due. The no blood thing for over a week was kind of giving me doubts, not to mention stressing me out. Not to ... Read the complete review

My fiancé and me have been trying for another baby for some months now since losing our first child - Jack. I have used this test once before - last month, in fact, when Auntie Flo was a few days late. Sadly that time I got a "not pregnant" and AF showed up moments later. After paying over £10 in Morrisons to find that out I got a bit wiser this cycle and did a cheap test first to confirm I was pregnant. It was a glorious day when we discovered I am! What makes this test better than the usual ones is that there is no ambiguity about what the results mean - you get words rather than symbols to interpret and you can also get a conception indicator to tell ...
