Advantages: Simple, easy to use, quick and convenient

Why these tests are so ridiculously expensive is absolutely beyond me. When I became pregnant the first time I purchased the single pack from this brand, which gave me a negative result. Two weeks later, I decided to give it another go, and brought the double pack, and used both tests, two mornings in a row, to get two more negative results. It was two weeks before I went to the doctors, where I found out I was pregnant straight away. It emerged at my scan that I was five and seven weeks pregnant at the times of the test, so they really should have picked it up.

Having said this, the tests were easy to use, with clear instructions and the simple 'line in both boxes' of letting you know if you are pregnant. It also works very quickly.

When I became pregnant again I used a different, cheaper brand, which gave me the correct result first time, so don't be mislead by thinking that you are paying for a better test with this brand, they really are much of a muchness. Most are very simple to use now days. I would recommend buying a double test, because they are such better value for money, and you are bound to end up trying twice whatever the result, just to make sure!
